FarEast Fighting Arts offers daily group and private training classes for the adult martial artist. Our classes are both challenging and fun and can be practiced at varying levels of intensity so that they are appropriate for any fitness level. Our unique training regimens are structured so that each workout supports other fundamentals within the system. You will learn self-defense, Qi Gong, and challenging traditional kung fu workout sets.
As a part of the regular curriculum, adults also learn the Gun Gou (walking cane), Pao Chang Dao (butterfly swords), Double Daggers, Three-Quarter Stick, and Steel Fans. These traditional Chinese weapons are taught as weapon strategies to accompany open hand self-defense movements and as fighting forms.
